This year white people will be a legal minority in the state of Arizona. Will they benefit from Affirmative Action?

I'm surprised that it's only in Arizona. California we are the minority in most of the places as well. To answer your question of course we won't benefit from Affirmative Action because it was made by white people that would have never thought the tables would be turned.

I think anyone would want to benefit from it, just don't think people stand up as much as in the past anymore though.

this is news to me! i doubt that they will benifet from affirmative action though. i'm not sure if they'd be a small enough minority for affirmative action or they haven't been descrimiated against or some such like that... i'd watch the topic just out of curiosity tho.

A minority is a minority...they should benefit from it if they want. I am not for Affirmative Action. I do not think anyone benefits from it. People need to be hired for the right reasons....skills.
