Depends on the situation. I'm a leader in my job cause I'm self-employed so I tell my employees (hubby and daughter)what to do. I'm more of a follower thou cause I don't like to be the leader in many situations.

i think i am both. I experience as a leader from my previous job i handle a team, and in my first job i am a member. so i am both, a good leader once been a good member, and vice versa, if the leader will be a member they will be a good member.

I am leader like a lion. I do not love to be a follower. I want to give the way to others made by me. Though it is very tough, but if it is in right way then no problem. Others follow me. To be a leader makes the people every day strong. Can face any type of challenge in the life to come.
