That is awesome and carrot cake is one of my favorites. The ears would be hard to transit I bet. I will show my wife and see what she thinks. Thanks again. Have a great day as we March into April.

I'll print this one for my cookbook. Where do you find all of these great things to make? I'm glad you share them.

When I saw the cake it reminded me off a treat I use to make as a child. We use to make a candy called Birds Nest. You take 6oz. of chocolate chips, 6oz. of butterscotch chips,5oz. of chow mein noodlesor 7 oz. of shredded coconut.Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a medium saucepan on low heat[ you can use the microwave as well].Gently mix in the chow mein noodles or coconut.Mound on wax paperand use the bottom of the spoon to indent the center. Place mini jelly beans or mini candy coated chocolate eggs in the nests. prick

I want to thank you for the link to the cake it is absolutely adorable and I have decided I want to make one but using a white or french vanilla cake since I am the only one who likes carrot cake. It looks easy and sensible to make And I also sent the link to my sister who has a daughter who loves making cakes and she will love making this one. Thanks I appreciate it.

It is really cute. I'm afraid my kids wouldn't eat it though both because it is too cute to eat and the fact it is carrot cake! (sounds too healthy for them) My daughter thinks its cruel to eat a raabit cake when it looks similar to our pet Pixie! haha (bet she wouldn't have trouble with a chocolate bunny)
