It was an interesting game. England needed to win it desperately for the two points. But you got to be careful of the underlings and Ireland definitely is an underling in terms of World Cricket, an underling who is very keen to make strides forward. They have got a few players in their side who are capable of handling themselves against almost anybody.
I don't think England will be at all happy with today's performance; they needed to beat Ireland convincingly, which they did not do. From Ireland's point of view they should have had a bit of go at the end; it was a lack luster game of cricket. But England got the points and as Michael Vaughan said at the end of the day "that's what we came here for".

so it is dude ... i think england can win and can make upto semiiis but all they hv to win every game or atleast fight till end so that they donot down their nrr.........so u like to watch cricket ...if u r realy like to dicuss more about cricket u r welcome to dicuss with meeeee.......

England wont mske the final four , there performance in the World Cup is below standard, the final 4 will more then likely be Australia, South Africa ,Sri Lanka and Bangladesh showing there worst as a cricket playing team, Indies are out, New Zealand struggling as well
