It's April Fools Day tomorrow - what will you be doing?

Have you ever played pranks on April Fools Day? Is it an international day or do only us in the UK mark it?? If you are not familiar with it - the following is taken from Wikepedia's discription...
April Fools' Day or All Fools' Day, though not a holiday in its own right, is a notable day celebrated in many countries on April 1. The day is marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends and neighbors, or sending them on fools' errands, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible. In some countries, April Fools' jokes (also called "April Fools") are only made before noon on April 1st.[1] It is also widely celebrated on the Internet.
So tell me what you plan to do or any funnies from previous years? I can remember once hiding someones bicycles but went a bit too far as they phoned the police before I got chance to explain! oops

It would seem that April Fools is probably world-wide, Bizzie, going by other discussions in here. I haven't played pranks for years... since I was at school, but a lot of people still do. You find you have to be wary of reports in the media... Mel Smith and Cliff Rees Jones staged a report about dinosaurs being found still living one year, on television. That was really well done and I almost fell for it.

Lol... I think he caught them with that one! It's too late in the day for me to stage anything, but have a great afternoon and evening and enjoy your readying for Beltane, (one of my favourites!) :-) A lot to do, before then, though. Brightest Blessings my friend! Good to see you back.

Yes we have international day and we have already had it today. But I did not play any tricks on this day but I guarantee that a lot of people will play tricks on others, I used to play a lot of tricks on my children and husband a long time ago. So I am always on the look out on this day. And we used to have a lot of laughs well they fell for the trick that was play.

I will be hiding from friends .. and enemies!
In the past I have fallen for some real winners. Even though I knew it was April Fools Day, the people playing the pranks were so convincing that I fell for it. Now I turn off my mobile phone, don't dare turn on my Yahoo messenger and avoid anyone that could possibly play a prank on me. It's not that I am a sore person when I get pranked but these people take 'pranks' to a whole new level lol.

Did you fall for the prank Neopets did last year where they said they were going to charge your neopoints for every page you looked at? I fell for it hook, line and sinker! lol Hope you manage to escape!
