Dr Who - Series 3

I always loved the episodes of Dr Who where The Master appeared Do you think the Master will reappear in Dr Who? There seems to be a hint that he might appear towards the end of this series as its rumoured the Doctor faces an arch enemy.

It would be interesting to see The Master return, as it would most certainly be one of The Doctor's biggest challenges. Loking forward to seeing tonight's episode as we see the Face of Boe for the third time.

poor old face of Boe :-( I thought the Doctor would be too busy saving the world to get to hear his final secret. The face of Boe told him "you are not alone" but also repeated that the Doctor was the last of his kind

I haven't seen it yet - I was away for the weekend. A friend of mine has recorded it for me and from what I have read and heard, it does seem like they could be hinting at the return of the Master. If they do bring the Master back, I hope he looks like the guy who used to play him; that look was so right for the part

I love DR Who and so does my son rossdcurran on the site , Did you watch the new one last night? what did you think of his new companion? I think it looks really promising, Ooops yes I do hope the master comes back , xx

I love them all but captain jack is gorgeous , Scottish too just like me , I saw him in Ok magazine His partner is a really good looking guy too , they look really good together xx,

I thought she was cool - I liked the way they made mention to the part that she played previously in Dr Who. It explained it away neatly I thought. Can't wait to see what they do when Captain Jack pops back up in later episodes too

The final episode of the seris is to be called the last of the time lords?, a strong hint that the master may be returning. Not too sure about it being john simms though, hes a good actor but hes not the master.

There has been some serious foreshadowing that Mr.Saxon is going to turn out to be the Master. And at the end of Gridlock the Face of Boe told the Doctor 'you are not alone' making it out like there was another Time Lord out there. I think it would be wicked awesome if they brought back the Master--I never saw any of the originals with him but from what I've read I think it would be really cool.

OMG, I love Dr Who. I originally got hooked on the old show from the seventies. I've been watching the new one on BBC America here in the United STates. The problem is that it comes on at various times, so I have to search for the next episode. It is really difficult. I may just buy it on cd and be done with the searching.

Seems that your suspicions were right. What a fantastic series this has been, i've enjoyed every single episode, it's been much darker than the previous series and the stories have been much better written and directed. Tonight was almost filmatic in many ways, with fantastic lighting and acting by Derek Jacobi. Great show.
