Lot of people use perfumes daily to make the presence with a distinction in a certain gathering. I, too, use perfume and feel good to use those having lasting fregrence. Do you like perfumes? Which is your favorite one and whats the reason for that?

When I was younger, my mom used a light perfume, not a lot, just sometimes, I remember because I could smell it when I hugged her, then as I got older I became allergic to perfume. I know of a friend who uses perfumes however she does this to excess so that is offensive. I have another friend who wears cologne, but you have to be real close to him, to really smell it, or to be near and catch it at times. This second person and my mother knew how to wear perfume / cologne, they wore it to entice, as a hint, of saying come a little closer. To often people do not realize when the put perfume on that they are doing it in such a way as to ruin the effect they are trying to create, instead of drawing someone in they are making an impression a memorable one, one that shouts I SMELL BAD. I have to wonder at those people, do they do this rather than bathe? I have friends who wear perfume, who agree with me, that they also do not like when others wear it to strong. So to me my favorite perfume is smell of person who is clean. I liked Windsong for years, it has a light scent, that doesn't take away from the person wearing it. But then not every pefume is going to match every person's body chemistry, so people need to think about that when they wear it.

I have known plenty of people that overdo their usage of perfume. It is obnoxious smelling. I too prefer a light scent that is not overpowering. You are also correct that not all perfume is going to smell good on all people...it all depends on the chemistry of one's body. Great points.

Yes, sometimes perfumes may cause somewhat allergy and do not suit. But some people also have sensitive skin that would be more cared of. Nice to have your comments.

No I do not. They have some bad unhealthy reactions on our skin.

Oh, yes I do. In fact, I just love using perfumes. My husband just loves it when I wear perfumes around him. Well, it's not that I am smelly, but it's just that it spices up our relationship even more. I do have a few perfumes in my collection. Among the brands of perfume that i have are J.Lo's Still, Hugo Boss for Women, Dunhill for Women and Moschino. However, my favourite perfumes are Dior Addict and Miracle by Lancome. Besides being special since it's a gift from my husband, I love this scent because it smells so refreshing and yet sexy during the day, and at night, it makes me feel elegant and sophisticated.

I do not like to apply perfume. On the other hand I make sure that I use fresh cloths everyday and apply some body spray before putting them on. My best Deo, till date, is ADIDAS sports. But I keep on trying out new ones.

I like perfumes, I prefer perfumes than simple colognes because of the attitude the scent portrays.I specifically like Victoria's Secret : Vanilla Lace, smells like milk and cookies.

I love wearing perfume for my hubby. He always comments on how good I smell. My favorite perfumes/colognes come from Avon. Their scents really go well with my body chemistry and seem to last all day long. My favorite is Far Away, followed closely by Hakiu. They are both sweet smelling fragrances. Hakiu is a bit more on the spicy side though.

I've never been a big fan of perfume. I'll wear a light body spray occasionally. But I've never been able to find a perfume that's light enough for me.
