when was the last time someone apart from family members complimented you?

That happened when my boss told me that I exceed expextations with respect to the work assignments that he gives me in my performance appraisal. I felt really happy on that. This was a few months back.

It's always nice to hear compliments, especially from someone who's not related. My husband had an old friend come down to visit, He showed up and his first words were "WOW! did you ever score. Your wife is Hot!" Then he introduced himself. It was very flattering to get to hear those words from a perfect stranger, But it was ever more meaningful when my husband responded "See I told you man. I'm one lucky guy."

That is very good of my room mate,he said that same word today.he said am cool.i love it.
