Do you exercise regularly?

Of course I do! Exercising is like a habit for me. Every morning and night I exercise, if I'm not busy that'll be everyday but if I'm doing a lot of things I do it every other day instead. When I exercise I feel so light and it takes my stress away. And the best part of exercising is sweating because when we sweat the fats in our body goes away and exchanging into muscles so that our body looks firm and even better. I tried a lot of different exercises like taebo, aerokaebo, pilates, yoga and my personla favorite of mine the aerobics striptease. Now, I've been getting into boxing and it's so much fun! Not only that you know how to box, its self-defense also! It's easy to learn and it's exciting. I'm having fun working out because I know that it will keep me healthy inside and out.

Sometimes I feel that way too but I try not to be like that because I know that it'll ruin my mood for exercising.

Honestly, I don't really exercise that much. I know it's not right but sometimes I will easily forget to do that stuff. It's nice to hear that you're into boxing now! Wow! So you want to follow the footsteps of Manny Pacquiao!? That's cool! Well that's perfect since Manny is now entering politics, maybe it's now your turn to bring glory to the country. LOL God Bless and keep exercising. - Ron Reyes www.ronreyes.co.nr

Yes! I'm into boxing now. But I won't be like Manny, just for fun and work out. Maybe someday I can teach but not fight, I don't want someone messing with my face!

Unfortunately, I donĀ“t exercise much these days. I know I should, but I am at the end of my pregnancy and exhausted all the time with a toddler to run after (hey, does carrying a 25 lb. kid around count as exercise?), I mostly just rest when I have free time!

Sadly, I don't do exercise. I don't have much time for it. I guess my exercise is cleaning the house, like mopping the floor and washing the car... I feel that it is like an exercise because I sweat everytime I do the cleaning...

Yes. I usually exercise in the morning before i go to work. You're right. I feels good when you sweat cause you feel light and more energetic (But be sure to change your clothes and to wipe your sweat after exercising so you won't get sick :P ). I don't have definite steps when exercising. But i've tried aerobics. I also want to try boxing. =)

I really would love to exercise but there are a lot of things to do. I know that exercise can do lot of wonders to my body but the weather in our country is too hot as in HOT!! I don't even want to go outside the house because I'm already sweating inside. Or maybe I'm too lazy. I really envy you because you are able to maintain your routine.

Its like sauna! Even though you're not exercising just as long as you're sweating you can lose weight just by doing that. Or maybe you can try what I do. Buy work out dvd then you can work out at home anytime and any day you want.

Yes, I exercise regularly. I do the aerobics one day then the next day I would do kick boxing which I like the most. I try not to over do it. I just like to exercise just something to do and stay in shape.

I hope I would with the busy schedule that I have I badly need and exercise and I think that exercising every day would definitely reward me in the future. all I do is to watch what I eat. I refrain from eating too much fat and carb. Though I try to walk from the office to where I could ride a cab i feel that it isn't enough. I think that I should discipline myself to exercising everyday.

I try to exercise regularly but was not successful. But on a yearly basis, I need to take a Fitness Test as I am part of the military reserve. The run up to the test, I will exercise regularly to get myself prepare. The problem is to maintain the routine after the fitness test, I try a lot of time, but failed. Each time, I have to work very hard to get myself ready in a painful way.

I used to exercise quite a bit a few months ago. Nowadays, I feel quite lazy and have not done any exercise in quite a while. I have been a little busy with work and I get too tired to move myself and start exercising. I think I will start my exercise schedule next week and start burning all that excess fat that I have deposited over the past few months.
