Im turning 30 in september, I've spend most of my life caring for my family,sending siblings to school and doing my best to provide for the ones i love. In short im my family's threshold, but I've come to this point in my life that I want to move away from home and start having a life of my own,following my dreams and probably on the road to having a life of my own? How do you start to let go of the people who always depended on you?How do you tell yourself thats its ok to think of yourself?

I just take time to be happy myself..sometimes you have to let those who depend on you to stand on their own feet to let them realize that it's not that easy for you making a life for them and yet not making a life of your own.
