Cook fish quickly

Is there any way to cook fish quickly? The whole house smells, there is smoke everywhere and it also takes so much time when I cook fish. It is also suffocating in the winter months when the windows are all closed and the hot, polluted air cannot get out. We love fish very much. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

I usually poach my fish in a covered pan of water seasoned with celery stalks and lemon slices. I remove it as soon as it is done 12-30 minutes depending on size, then I pour some melted butter over it. I also make parcels placing the fish in aluminum foil topping with seasongs and a lemon slice and bake it in the oven. I turn on the hood if iI detect a fish smell. After dinner I remove all skin and debri immediately and take out the garbage. I put some ground coffee in a bowl and let it stand on the counter overnight to get rid of the odours.

I always cook my fish on the Barbeque, no extra's at all just straight on the grill - about 2 minutes a side. Just serve with a nice fresh salad and a little lemon juice & pepper on the fish. Easy & very healthy!
