Normally i am not strict about things. i do make plans and try to stick to them but sometimes get astray. but when i consider something really essential and a must to do how ever long time it may require, i make a will and stick to it forcefully. i had some bad habits in my 10 grade. i almost addicted to novels, stories, cards and cricket. only when i came third in my class, i was disappointed a bit, coz no matter what time i gave to my studies i was always in first 2. it pinched so hard that i decided to leave the things, i was addicted to and take my studies seriously, so just one fine day i left all four things and concentrated on my studies. i continued to do so untill my next exams which was, thanks GOD, very good. then i had a sort of balance in my studies and sports. Second time it happened, in my final year of engineering. i was again into cricket and a new activity i.e. social work. I got so much involved in social work that couldn't actually give due time to my studies. My third year result was good enough but a friend mocked me and challenged me to cross him in final year. though this time i didn't abandon my cricket or work but still started to give some more time to studies for a full year and hurray! i was way ahead than the challenger. Every time my will power worked well. but it doesn't worked very well when it comes to smoking. it's probably that i never seriously wished to get out of it but i don't know if i seriously wished i will be able to do it or not.
