When do you feel depressed?

What all times do you usually feel depressed?Is there any time you felt that real feeling of depression?What do you usually do when you are depressed..I usually dont like anyone even my best roommate friend to be with me..He usually go and sleep in the rest room when he realize that Im depressed...

I don't have a specific time, perse. Sometimes I just get into what i call slumps, where it's really hard to pull myself out. I don't think it's actual, clinical depression, so much as just daily unhappiness. I try to use other things to pull myself out. Music, or going for a walk, a day in the library, that sort of thing. Sometimes I clean something. It can take a lot of energy just to make myself get started, but I usually feel a bit better once I've done one of these, and then I can start doing other things.

i feel depressed when i am alone at night thinking about how my life is. and how i wanted it to be. i am not complaining as i do have a wonderful life, just that there are things missing. i still have a long ways to go and i have a possitive attitude to get there, might lack some motivation.

when i get depressed i shed some tears and would like to be alone.I will make myself confused untill i get relived from it.I will always listen to some music with my headphone as it ease my inner pain.But i get back normal very soon as my family members can smell when i sit alone without talking to them

You should proper care when you undergo stress. When you feel depressed, and don't know where to turn, talk to someone who can help. Talk to an expert or a psychologist. Or at times just sharing your problem with others could make you relieved.

Hi Ackars! Well maybe the best depression I had is when my best friend and I had a big fight. I really felt depressed in that time and I don't like to eat thats why I lose some of my weight. Our fight lasts for about a month. I really tried hard to make it up to her. Thanks for my other best friend we became friends again but not as close as we were before...

I feel depressed when i don't get things the way i wanted and thinking about the future sometimes depresses me.As a student i have lots to study and others things to worried about also.When i don't get well with my studies also i get depresses especially when tests and exams are coming up and i don't have a clue about it.

I dont often get depressed, but when I do it is usually because I am unwell or in a lot of pain, but other than that I am fine as a rule. If I do feel depressed, I will often go and sit quietly in the other room and read or something, that seems to really help me. Lynn-Marie

I suffer severe depression and have for years so there is no set time, I know when i am tired or have a lot on my mind i am more depressed then other times.
