i think this is a question every one of us is thinking of from time to time would we rather be a man or a woman.. we usually stop thinking about it very fast because it is not relevent to our life..and some of us are even embarrassed to think about it..but still would you rather be a woman or a man..? if someone have told you that you do have an option right now and you can decide..what would you say?? i know i asked myself this question i do not know why but man in my country seem to have an easier life but i really do not think that i would waive having a child growen in my stomach.. so what about you? would you rather be a woman or a man?

If I had to do it all over again, I would choose to be a woman again. To experience giving birth, there is nothing like it. Truly a miracle. I also love being a woman, to be able to wear dresses and makeup, and style my hair. Sorry but I just don't think that men have the same advantages as women.

I am happy for you. It is good to know that there are some women who loves what's going around about them. I never enjoyed putting on makeup, you know. Even having lipstick makes me uncomfortable. Fine for you to be that way, really.

I feel exactly the same as you do . I would choose to be a woman again because I would never want to waive the right to feel my child growing inside me and as painful as childbirth is , I don't believe that until you have gone through it you can possible know the extent of the love you feel when they place your baby in yours arms that you have been carrying inside you for nine months . I do find that most men seem to have things easier but in other ways they are also expected to be the sole provider all the time even when the woman has a good job , they are never supposed to show any emotions at all and I don't believe this would be an easy way to live .

This is really a very difficult question i came through. Still i would like to say, i will choose for a Man as the next generation is not possible without men, but may be possible without women. I think this is the most vital difference between the Men and Women in these days as with the help of technology Men and Women can both achieve the same things expect for the above cited matter. Thanks

Well, as you will go to the ancient times there are many controversy about how human being started. So at first there must be at least one man and one woman would have created & then after the process goes on.. So we are not concerned with that time and as per your question if we are given choice of..., that does not mean that we have given the cohice in the starting of the world, which is indirectly means that we have given choice after human beings are created.

If given such a wonderful choice, for my next life...I ll make sure i AM GOING TO LIVE ANOTHER LIFE OF A MAN ONLY...it is not because of some gender biasing or something....but only becuase of two reasons...... Firstly because i feel men are more strong to hold up the things.... the face the world, are emotionally more stronger-do not have a break down so easily....and can resist up with the ups and downs in a more lucid manner.... Secondly...I dun think i am that strong to face the challenges the women actually face....they are definitely even stronger than men.... for the things they look up at in their lives...the sacrifices they make....they 'thier dreams' they kill for our dreams....and loads more reasons.... Well wasnt tryin to actually be more diplomatic...ut this is something I do really believe....

This is a good topic, liranlgo... same as you do, I feel like women are just so blessed to be the chosen gender to let grow of a child inside us. And by that, I wouldn't give up my being a woman, though men as I have noticed nowadays seem to live an easier life..knowing that almost everything that they do can now be learned and done by women.

when i was a child there is this point that i wish i was born man instead of a woman. because at that time i often hear some people would say that girls are weak and troublesome. and usually see that some other girls at my age are crying. while those boys have a much easier life and usually get what they wanted. and to stress it out im not the kind of girl who is prim and proper. Rather the boyish type if i have to say but not lesbian. but now i do thank that somehow i was born woman because in a way there are a lot of things that woman do posses, and be grateful for that.

i would really want to be a man . as they are a free bird in the society. There is a lot of responsibility for women to take care of all things including their man . But men dont have any problem. i dont really know if there is any problem on their side too. They may think the other way like us.

If given the choice, I would like to remain a woman. There are so many things I love about being a woman and I wouldn't trade it for being a man even for a day. I believe the most wonderful gift women have is the ability to carry another human being, give birth and bring a new person into the world. The gift of motherhood is a joy beyond compare! Not to mention the good feeling of being pampered by men during courtship, the power of charming our way into getting something that we want through sweet talk, as a bonus. And the list goes on... :)

A good question. You've my appreciation for this. But imagine that what if we'd a choice like this to be made. I think we can't have any. I still had prefer to be what i'm right now. I wouldn't have wanted to be a girl for sure even if i'm a boy right now. I love being what i'm right now.

It is a good question but it is hard to answer. Both men and women may have their hard times. Women will have huge pain when laboring, and even during pregnancy, and after the child was borned ,a woman has to tak the most reposnsility to take care of the baby. The role of men may be more important because they may be the breadwinner of the family. I do not know whether it is betetr to be a man or a woman..

I'm not interested in having any children unless my spouse wants to. So this is one point I can disregard. I'd be a man. You get sexually harrased less. You have less fear of public speaking. You are good at math. You need less help in carrying things around. You don't have to worry so much about choice in flatmates. Your mom is less worried about you. You are more likely allowed to travel abroad and asked fewer questions by your parents. Your mom won't be pestering you so much to report to her. You have more fun with friends because guys are more fun (girls I know are rather dull). You have less choices of clothing (guys just can look good with less clothes styles). You don't need make up. You don't have to bother with your hair so much - just gel it up. You don't need a handbag because phone and wallet fit into your jean pockets. You dont' need so many shoes - a few pairs will last you for a long time. You don't have to bother with bras (money saved). Jewellery consists of a watch. Your taller than you would be.

well, being born a women has not actually given me the privileges still around for men, like better wages or even peeing standing. If i could choose i would be in turmoil, I think i would want to be a woman and a man on and of. I like being a woman , but i would just want to experience some thing as a man. See: i am confused: could i be both?

Actually, you can't decide it even you have a chance. You said that because you opinion based on your view. You were right, sometimes we embarrassed because of what we feels. But some man was intending to be a woman to feels what it like to be a woman, so vice-versa. God chose for us because it was the best for us. God know our capability and God chose it for you. It was best to become who we are.

I have always wished I were a man. If I had my hand at it, I'd surely be a man by now and not a woman. I know that I have a manly attitude in life. Even my acquaintances, more men are friendly to me rather than women. The problem with me though is, I get uncomfortable when I get so many men friends. You know about how some women gossip about someone who is friendly with men. I have always been trying to cultivate friendships with women, but it was never met with some success. By this time however, I have maintained only two bestfriends, all women. There used to be three but, I don't know where the third one went to after her family got broken. Yes, until now (at 53) I'd rather be a man. I never got out of the desire. But, I have long accepted my womanhood. I had a talk with my mom about this when I was still in high school.

i would prefer to be a female. now i am a boy. and i have heard a lot from my friends and realtives taht being a man we should bear great responsiblities , like you have to guy a flat when u get married. and u have to own enough money to help your child finish his or her education till university, and sometimes even more. and being a man , you have to earn the main income for your familky, and at least this is the condition in my country. things might be different in other countries. i do wish i would be living on another coutnry. and if possilbe. i would rather be a woman if i have another life. and woman are really living an easy life in my cuontry. they are too cool. they have to give birth to a baby. and do the simple chores at home. that is all her work, but she needn't to find jobs. since her husband is working outside to make enough money the family might need. and u may say, nowadays. women are more independent. they work and live for themselve.s but there are still some great women. they are beng to materialistic. they would choose to find a rich husband. never care whether she really loves the man or not. all she wants is to find a spouse with a good accommodation and a luxurious car. nothing more? why not be a woman. cos life is taht easy............................................... but i wouldn't have an operation now to be a woman. because i am already born a man, be ing a man now adn continue i will be a man................lol

We may think about it. But please don't be carried away. We need both man and woman to inhabit this planet Earth. Both are imperfect and needed one another. if you are born a woman, enjoy being a woman and function as a woman then. If you are a man, be a man of your own capability and perhaps what your family and society expected you to be. I guess one will only feels fulfilling in this short life journey if he/she lives as God meant him/her to be.

definitely a man!Cos they lead a carefree life excluding the fact that they are the sole bredwinner for the family in majority of the houses. They carry responsibilities to a smaller extent. They enjoy. They are free to go anywhere any time of the day. Excluding the compulsion of earning, they are under no pressure. They can enjoy life to the maximum. The society which am into encourages male than female.thats the main reason I say so .Not all priveledges that men enjoy are given to women here.
