How do you keep yourself fit?

I exercise and work with weights three times a week.Well, at least I try.I used to meditate while I was in school ,but that habit has somehow completely gone. Yes, I watch my diet.Whenever I feel a little heavy, I run away from sweets,spicy and fatty food.I am not exactly a fitness freak because it comes easy to me.If I put on weight ,I turn myself into a freak till I bring it down.When I eat too much junk , I increase my workouts.

Yea,because of work many people cannot exercise daily. Your idea of cutting down on calories as soon as the weight gain can save a lot of hassle than to wake up too late and having to go through a rigourous routine to get back into shape. So you have a sweet tooth like me.:-)

I'm not a fitness freak! I am making much healthier choices right now- I've always been skinny- I'm 5 foot 9-- the last coupld of years I have put on weight-- I'm 34.. so my family is eating much healthier-- my daughter and I are walking outside when it's nice and inside to tapes when it is not nice. We ride bikes all the time.. I used to go to the gym but it got to be pretty expensive and always packed when I went.

Yeah i am quite conscious of my health. And know the importance of keeping fit. So i try to be active throughout the day. I eat healthy home cooked food. I dont' skip my breakfasts as it is most imp. meal of the day. I eat light food during meal so that it is easily digested. And drink adequate water for healthy body and skin. I don't eat junk food & cold drinks as it is unhealthy, adds calories with zero nourishment. I like to simply go for walks, do simple stretching exercises, do little meditation, yoga and aerobics which i hopefully will be more regular with. I feel if we do simple house chores like sweeping, cleaning can also be good workout. Cheers:)
