Have you ever had to use the dispute resolution center on Paypal?

Have you won or lost your dispute at Paypal resolution center? I think (so far) Paypal is pretty good about resolving disputes.What do you think? Good or bad?

I have had to use the PayPal resolution centre about a dozen times. I got a full refund in all cases except one and is this case I received a 50% refund. I was happy enought with the 50% as I had purchased a lot of dvds from one particular seller on eBay and when I received them, I discovered that they were all copies.
