How do you turn a bad day around?

Try thinking of a happy time in your life. Sometimes that helps. Is there something your looking forward to doing? Think on that, get excited about it even if it is small. Anything to get you out of that slump. That helps me when I am feeling depressed. Sometimes you just have bad days where nothing works, but if you look around, you will find something to laugh about. People do funny things all of the time. I was pretty depressed the other day and some kid was chasing his dog behind my house and I watched him as he caught the dog. He grabbed his leash and told the dog "I am gonna beat you til my arms are tired" with the biggest southern accent a 7 year old boy could muster. That just made me laugh so hard! He wouldn't dare touch that dog, you could tell he would never lay a hand on him!

I usually go to walk ot to a beaty farm to have a massage. You need to pamper yourself and to move away the bad energy.

Sometimes i try to do something positive. Or happy. Sometimes you just cant turn a bad day around. Thats when i try to put in a movie or find something to watch and just put on my pjs and go to bed, hoping to end the day early and tomorrow will be better.

It would always be nice if you take a long bath first at the end of the day....it would help you to relax and relieve the tension you are feeling. afterwards a cup of tea with honey is great to settle your nerves. then pray for a moment or find an activity that would calm you and temporarily take your thoughts away from the thing that is bothering you. lastly before you go to bed....tell yourself that tomorrow is a new day and everyday is not a bad day :)
