I get irritated by people who speaks very loudly on their cellphones like as if the whole place is theirs and they set their ringtones to the fullest volume. I came across so many times these incidences and even at certain restaurants while dining. Are these people deaf or what? What do you do in this circumstances?

My husband has hearing problems, so he's always yelling on the cell phone. I always remind him to tone it down, but he doesn't realize how loud he is talking. If it's someone else, I just stare at them. They usually walk in a different direction lol. I have no shame!

I think you can convince them for a low voice when they talk on mobiles. These people have a feeling that the person on the other end will not be able to listen if they talk in a low voice. They need some councelling in this habit. All the best from oarnamav.
