How often you change your home interior / furniture?

I don't tend to redecorate whole rooms, but sometimes I will take a few pieces that I get tired of and replace them with something else, usually recent purchases. I use to use all plastic green pots for my plants but I got sick of that so I went shopping in the Goodwill and thrift shops to come up with more colorful pots for my plants. It really adds character to my home with these colorful and whimsical pots. I have what I would call "unique" tastes and it sometimes takes my wife a while to warm up to some of my selections. Some she never does but on the other hand, I don't agree with all of her tastes. For the most part though, we have got our new house (had it for almost a year) looking pretty nice. The former owners included some really nice pieces which pretty much furnished the living and dining rooms. We just had to add some pictures to the walls.

Well when I was a teenager I would change my bedroom about once every 6 months. Now I don't change it as often. I haven't ever changed furniture, but I have plenty of time since I'm only 19.
