how do you maintain a good health?

i use to go to gym and workout and eat good healthy food

Hey people! Well, I like to maintain a beautiful and healthy body, so I work out 5 days a week, I'm kinda addicted in gym! And I eat every 3 hours, take suplements and work hard to get significant results. I recomend people to work out, it's good to our health, that makes us more agile and willing to do things.. then, let's work out! That's all folks.

i also go to gym,but i do not work out hard,i just try to maintain a good body and health,work out for 1 hr 5 days in a week,i find it quite easy,but i hve a hectic life so i have a irregular diet

i dont prefer t go to a gym. i prefer to run every morning for 1 hr. this keep me healthy. i do not like to take fastfood as i know they spoil ur healty. and the most important i drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruits to keep my sely fresh.

running is also good for your health,and you run for 1hr, that is really good.and eating fruits and lots of water moves all the free radicals.thank you for your response.

I dont!!!! hehehe I should do more for my health. I started to work out more and eat more vegetables and fruits, but should do it even more. I think we also need good laugh sometimes to keep us healthy:)

having more vagetables is very good for health,i do not take those much ,i love non veg more and always try to have chicken and meat.i drink a lot of water and work out regularly.thank you for your response

I am so afraid to get sick. That is why I do everything to prevent me from becoming sick. Sickness, for me, is like a plague that will haunt you every now and then. I still believe that prevention is better than cure. I maintain my health through drinking supplementary vitamins. It helps a lot in making me energetic and alive. Also, I sleep at least 7 hours a day. I also eat 3 meals a day which is really required. I even manage to drink more glasses of water a day. Being healthy also entails happiness from within. I make it sure to pray to God also for Him to give me peace of mind all the time. Staying healthy is really a big challenge everyday.

yes it is really a tough job to keep yourself fit.but i do not think we should be afraid.i am not afraid of getting sick,but i am bit more concious about my weight ,and i always try to maintain it within the limit

You just have to do the right things,. Proper food selection and intake, continue exercising, have a sound body and mind, and good perception towards life. that's the key to achieve good health. keep on smiling! ;D

yes it is very important to maintain proper diet,i use to avoid junk foods and drink lots of water in a day as summer is already on here in india
