Well I may say that I'm a lucky person cause as far as I know I don't have any allergies. I don't have any kind of food to avoid.

I have seasonal allergies. I suffer from sinus problems all year long, but they do seem worse in the spring and summer. Those are the only kind of allergies I have luckily.

I have two very bad allergies; sesame and aspirin (ASA). I have my epipen with me at all times, because if i ingest any of these two things, even in small portion, i could die in 10 minutes from aphylactic shock (your throat swells up and you can't breathe anymore)It's scary..i have to check all foods for traces of sesame, which a lot of them that i never though, contain sesame.

I used to get an allergy when I was younger always around October. But then it stopped about 5 years back yet last year I got it again. Till this date I'm not sure what caused it, but I get a rash on my skin and it could start on my hand and end up on my legs, arms, neck even under my feet, I even had to take an injection once or twice when I was younger as it was so spread out and driving me crazy.
