Has it made any difference?

Right now Iraq is a huge mess and I'm sure the citizens of Iraq do not think it's for the better. As one Iraqian citizen put it, he stated that when Saddam was in power, at least he could go to the store, buy what he needed and go home. Now, he worries that he or his family will be blown up. That's definitely not for the better, although Saddam was an evil man and he deserved to die, the present government is failing miserably at maintaining any kind of balance and our soldiers are dying every day because of it.
