I have this problem about being on time since i was in the first grade... Until now I am having a hard time coming to work on time. Getting on meetings on time.. I was always late! I am working so hard to change this habit. Are u having the same problem? Can u give me advice on how i could check this weakness i have?

Maybe you could try setting all of your clocks forward an hour.. Fool yourself into thinking that you're on time. Say you get up at 5:00 am. If you set your clock forward an hour, you'd be getting up at 4:00am, therefore giving yourself an extra hour to get ready and get to work on time.
