well i'll advise u to not pay attention to me. dont ignore him all together but just dont take him seriously. this way he doesnt consider u as an a**ho** and u dont get annoyed wid him

We still can come to agreement on most things. Since I am lead person already he has learned to respect my idea's and usually thinks they are better and good as well. So, at least I know he is not stupid.

there are manu annoying person at my work and at first i used to be friend with them, but then i had a feeling that the friendship is not genuine so i just avoid them from there on, i just work with them professional. There is one time, i had my sweetest revenge when a group of the annoying people was terminated for being unprofessional, and only one of them left. and that one who whom they left is annoyed at me now. i just treat her like she treat me before, i wanted to do it severely but then i think i would not be good for both of us.
