Does everyone celebrate Easter here

Does everyone celebrate easter Heres its a holiday until tuesday but as i live in london all the shops are open as there are a lot of nightclubs bars shops and the whole place is filled with tourists Do you think easter is a family time or just for religion or to share it with your friends They have so many easter eggs everywhere giving eggs is a big thing here

Easter in the US sounds about like Easter there. Most stores are usually open and most businesses, too. It's considered more or a religious holiday than a national one. Most people celebrate by giving their children Easter baskets and hiding Easter eggs. Some go to church. Our schools usually have their spring break for a week sometime close to Easter.
