Buffet lunch or dinner

Have you ever joined any ceremoney where bufe lunch or buffet dinner was eaten with many people at a time? If so where, I was in Hotel Sheraton in many times but at first I feel ashemed to take my own food by myself and eat in front of many guys, now it become to me a general but I get no much opportunity at present. This is fortune when scope come we cannot utilize it but when scope need then if fled away!!!

I haven't been in a ceremony that offered that, but we went to alot of resturants like that around here. I think sometimes it is ok to serve yourself than someone waiting on you.
