ARE the moneymaking techniques or sofwares effectve?

Guys,
I have come across many money making products based on adsense, affilate programs etc. sold on net. i was attracted with some such products The slogans were " You will quit your day job. Your adsense income will be $1000 or more per day just applying.... this technique just for $" or some thing like this " Our software will compel you to quit your day job, you earn $1000 per day from Google AdSense"
If product owner can make us to earn $1000 per day, then why should he sell his technique or software to us? Simply he can apply it and be millionaire in a month.
Is not it disgusting?

I think most of these slogans are scams. It takes time and hard work to earn a decent money from the Internet.
When I read such things I just stop reading and go away because I know they are simply lying. Exactly Ronimas if somebody can earn $1000 a day he wouldn't sell his technique to people who would then become their competitors. I agree it is disgusting.
