When did you last run???

marathon - the foto is that of people running in a marthon.I post it for my discussion and also to induce people to run regularly

It was really surprising to me when I saw a 80 year old granny running in the minimarathon i took part today on the beachroad..........when she was interviewed and asked when she last ran.....guess what her reply was."yesterday morning".She completed the 6 kms in the womens section.....Do u run regularly???

the last time i ran was on 20. jan 2008 for 7 kms and the legs are still paining but the pain has inspired to me run more and more.

over the weekend i ran about 8km, but that was a mixture of running and walking. a real marathon is 42.9km and really takes endurance and persevereance and proper training.i'm training for the 10km run this december in singapore. 10k is quite ok, the atmosphere of the day is great motivation! your story of the 80 year old granny is really inspiring!
