Alot of PC, Bad Sight?

How many people spend so much of there time on computers that it effects their vision, cuz my bestfriend wears glasses and can barely read traffic signs when driving now cuz he used to be on the comp alot, i've never had a problemmy sight is perfectly fine to me and i am on my comp alot!

My eyes get tired and a bit sore if I spend more than an hour or so online without a break. Of course that could be just my age as it doesnt happen if I watch TV for longer than that.

My vision goes a bit blurry when i use the computer for an extended amount of time, but im not always on it so i dont think it affects me that much.
