beef sepecially brisket done with a dry rub and slowly cooked for about 6 hours over apple or hickory wood...very yummy...whats your favorite?

my favorite is pork bbq without the fats. and sometimes fish, milk fish.

What is milk fish? I have never heard of that type of fish. Is it similar to cod?

i LOVE bbq'd tri-tip steak! super good! my second favorite has to be bbq'd ribs.
chicken is ok i guess, and i cant recall every having any type of pork bbq'd.

I love BBQ anything. But my favorites would have to be shrimp kababs with terriaki sauce. Second in line to that would be a good rib-eye steak, about 1 inch thick, drizzled with bbq sauce, and cooked medium rare. Yummmy. We are having terriaki chicken on the bbq tonight. What is your favorite?
