Anyone remembering the title of the movie of the yesteryears ... "Where were you when the lights went out ?" .. it is definitely a distress ... if you do not have alternative source of power lights , fans , air conditioners,computers ..all go out ! ..leaving you grope in the dark !!make you unable to pursue your work .. standstill ..isn't it ?
