what do you do if you getting so angry?!!

some times i getting so angry , i try to set in a corner alone , prevent my self to smash any thing beside me , or even smash my life, i don't like screaming or arguing , i tried to handle my anger to a calm mode but it is too hard , what about you ?!

when I get really angry, I lock myself in my room and cry myself to sleep. Usually by the time I wake up I am calmer and able to think straight.

that is what i do , i lock my self in my room and crying , but i can't sleep , and it is too danger to sleep angry too , thank u .

what i am saying is if you sleep angry and crying , you will wake up in the morning with a big eyes or a twisted mouse , that what happen to me ,thank u , tell me if i understand u wrong.

why do you say it's dangerous to sleep angry? Are you referring to a health matter or you're just talking about your experience?

For me! I go to my room and punch all the pillows so i can let my angry came out! I also try to punch the wall very hard, but it hurts!!!!!!!!

maybe you need to be conscious about channeling your anger. Otherwise you might end up with more than just a bruise in your knuckles.

Wow--- I don't get that angry to smash things- Ok so maybe when I was younger like in my teens and 20's I might have felt like that! Now when I get angry I take myself out of the situation- If I can't I vent by talking about it- This usually calms me right down. I count to 10 or 20.. I exercise to relive the anger and stress.... Walk- Take deep breaths! This usually helps!

I would bandage my knuckles and start punching the wall. If not with bandages then i would tape a piece of flat styrofoam to the wall and then punch or palm it. I would 'kiai' (or ki breath) for every punch or palm strike to let go of that pent up rage and energy. In the end i should be exhausted, but feel much better.

i uesed to talk to , and express my frustrated feel to my boyfriend when i was angery . he is very nice to hear to me most time ,but sometimes he would also got confused to cause the more he listen to me , the more problem i have ,now i get uesd to being alone , try to think about , or do other stuff. it do work ,,l ater i will find the thing disoppointed me do not seem so disoppointing. and then i feel good again.

thank u , but i can't talk to my friend because mostly he is the reason of my anger . so , talk make more smashing .
