what do you do if you getting so angry?!!

some times i getting so angry , i try to set in a corner alone , prevent my self to smash any thing beside me , or even smash my life, i don't like screaming or arguing , i tried to handle my anger to a calm mode but it is too hard , what about you ?!

I would bandage my knuckles and start punching the wall. If not with bandages then i would tape a piece of flat styrofoam to the wall and then punch or palm it. I would 'kiai' (or ki breath) for every punch or palm strike to let go of that pent up rage and energy. In the end i should be exhausted, but feel much better.

i uesed to talk to , and express my frustrated feel to my boyfriend when i was angery . he is very nice to hear to me most time ,but sometimes he would also got confused to cause the more he listen to me , the more problem i have ,now i get uesd to being alone , try to think about , or do other stuff. it do work ,,l ater i will find the thing disoppointed me do not seem so disoppointing. and then i feel good again.

Wow--- I don't get that angry to smash things- Ok so maybe when I was younger like in my teens and 20's I might have felt like that! Now when I get angry I take myself out of the situation- If I can't I vent by talking about it- This usually calms me right down. I count to 10 or 20.. I exercise to relive the anger and stress.... Walk- Take deep breaths! This usually helps!
