Do you get regular physical check-ups?

I have tried, but can't stand them. I have slacked off tremendously.

Yes i do... 3 times a year because I am engaged in some sports and I have to...

Had one this week...have to do them yearly for my job...nothing like being poked and proded by someone with cold hands...what fun!

That's why I can't stand to go! I know I should, but I hate it! Not like doing the dishes or laundry or scrubbing the floor, (which are also things I hate to do but have to do anyway), this I can get away with not doing. Still, I shouldn't .... but I do. I avoid it at all costs.
