I have found a chocolate that consists of 86% cocoa. This one together with my favorite chocolate and some nuts, unroasted to keep them healthy, lowers the Glycemic index so much that I can enjoy choclate every day if I wish. It is better eat quality sorts and less, than lots of cheap chocolate which can have some bad fats in it. What is your solution if you wish to cut down the sugar and keep healthier but still enjoy life??

Eat fruits instead. Watermellon is good and tastes sweet and also pineapple.

Fruit is an excellent meal especially taken on empty stomach when it goes further into the small intestine in 15 minutes but the problem for us in the northern part of the world is that we have to eat fruit that was picked raw and it has not the same nourishment value as ripe fruit. As something sweet after the meals, I prefer chocolate.

I have tried them too, the taste is ok but not the same. And many of the artificial sweeteners are chemichals, so I avoid them. I guess that eating only at special occasions makes it taste even better..!:o)
