How to avoid a heart disease? Do you know that the heart beats about 100,000 times every day...! What are the risk factors that you can change? There are few risk factors that may put you and your family at greater riskfo developing heart disease. Some of these risk factors can not be changed, while many can be controlled.Regardless of your age, background or health statusyou can lower your risk of heart disease through simple measues...!Can any one list them?

I have listed in this site.The main factor is the sress. Stress causes an increase in the heart rateand blood pressure...!It not only makes your heart work harder, but also narrows your blood vessels, limiting blood circulation. The following tips will help to manage stress: (a) Work off stress. Physical activity helps you to produce the body's own happy harmons and contributes to feel-good factor. (b) Learn to say 'No'. Be honest with yourself and othersabout what you can give in a given time. (c) Talk to some one you really trust. Talking to friends can help solve the problem and educes tress. (d) Manage yoyr time better.Develop a system that works for you, not against you. (e) learn to prioritise. Give yourself passitive messageand stop putting yourself down. (f) Change a stressful situation . If shopping on a friday evening gets you down, look at another option, (g) Learn to relax.Try going to cinema,listening to music o doing something you enjoy.

of course you need to concern about your health and what you eat on daily consumption. the best thing to avoid heart disease is to do exercise regularly and reduce in fat food, oil.

I was born with a malfunctioning heart so I could not avoid heart disease but since the malfunctioning was lifted by surgery I try to avoid heart disease with diet and yoga.

take walks or go jogging everyday to keep your heart healthy eat lots of fruits and vegetables along with the other food groups. dont eat stuff with too much saturated and trans fats. unsaturated fats are good

I want to make a caution ! jogging should be practiced with caution! I came across an Army officer (aged) collapsed soon after jogging. Hence over straining the body also may create problems. At old age a slow walking is better.
