have you ever CUT YOUR OWN HAIR???

I have cut my own hair. I used to cut hair any way so when my kids were very young, I would resort to cutting my own hair as a way to save money and time. I usually didn't have a regular babysitter so getting out to have my hair cut was next to impossible. At that time it was a means to an end, but now I take the time to get a good haircut and pamper myself every now and then.

Yes, I've done this before. I think I was in high school then. I already put a lot of spray net and gel but my hair still doesn't want to stand or look like spikes. I was so desperate so I just cut it short. And when my friends saw me, they asked me the name of the salon. They can't believe I did it!

I cut my hair on purpose when I was about 4 or 5. I over heard my mom saying that I needed a haircut, and I had access to scissors. So I decided I'd go ahead and cut my own hair. Well that turned out to be a disaster. I cut my own hair now on a regular basis. I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair how I want it, so I do it on my own. I just trim it to keep the split ends and dry ends down. It's nothing major and now, I'm pretty good at straight cutting without chopping off major chunks of hair.

All the time. Ever since university years, I always cut my own hair. It was started when I went to university in Europe where the cost for cutting your hair is unbelievably expensive. So I buy those hair electic cutter & trimmer with scissors and start cutting my own hair. It looks horrible in the beginning, but after a couple of times I get use to it and getting good at it. And surprisingly no one noticed, they even surprise on how good my hair cut is.

I always cut my own hair now. Someone gave me a pair of hair clippers a few years ago and tehy sat in the box for a long time because I was nervous about making a mess of my hair. Then one day I was due to go somewhere important and went to my normal barbers for a haircut but it was closed. So I came home, got out the clippers and thought, well its now or never. I've not been back to a barber since. I cut my hair about once a month but as it is quite a short style anyway, its hard to make a mess of it

Never and don't have plans to do so. It would be a disaster if I am to cut my hair. Even in salons sometimes a Hairdresser gets an irate customer because they don't like the style or cut of hair. Much more if I do it myself.

Yeah it was a time I didn't have much money and it ended up disatrous. I will never do it again, lol!

Yes, I have cut my own hair and used to do it all the time. This started after I got ticked off at the salon for not doing/cutting my hair the way I asked. I managed to learn how to cut it the way I liked it. Saved a lot of money too!

I sometimes trim my bangs and take a little bit off the ends when I get split ends.

I have cut my hair many times. I get in these moods where I decide I want bangs, so I cut my hair. About 2 months ago I decided that I didn't like the way my hair curled at the bottom. I took the scizzors and cut about 1 inch around. I couldn't quite reach the back, so I had my 15 yr old son cut the back for me.

i have never cut my own hair and i will never try to.

Long long dark red finger nails. I can only keep mine at a "sport" length because of the work I do. But I would love to have the long red diva nails for a week or so. I would like to change my style in whole way like by styling hair coloring hairs and by the way dressed up in cool way and do more things to look good

I always cut my hair, no one at any of the salons here care what damage they do to it when they're combing it . I also don't like my hair being cut when it's wet and all salons I've ever gone to love doing that for some odd reason because quite frankly on my hair - it's harder to brush or comb while wet than it is when it's dry.

when I was younger and before I became disabled with rheumatoid arthritic I cut my hair all the time. I would cut it and put a perment in. I figured with a perm no one could tell if I got it uneven. It really looked pretty good. I would do it now if I could get my arms up around my head long enough to do it. I did it my self because of the expence. Perms seemed pretty expensive back then. They are still too expensive.

i always cut my hair, its a matter of fact i done this for 2 years now and i always mess up. haha oh well i guess i still need a long way to go to be good at it. the good thing is that other than my band and family members, people dont make fun of me. i decided to do this because my older brother kinda forced me to learn so he doesnt have to do it when he comes home and let our parents save money wasting on something i can learn to do.

I did when I was a kid. I wanted bangs really bad and my mom wouldn't let me get my hair cut. So I decided to cut my bangs myself. After I cut them I realized she would be mad at me so I cut them all the way off. She never noticed until they started to grow back and I had spikes of hair coming in LOL. Needless to say she was pretty pissed off and I had to go around looking like a dork until they grew out.

It was a disaster! I was trying to style my hair to see what hairstyle would look good for the prom. One thing's for sure, I'll never do it again. Trust me, it's better to leave the styling to the professionals.

I havent ever cut my hair! My step daughters did last week though. They now have mullets and bangs about 1/2 inch long. :(
