When someone makes you laugh is it at or with?

there's sometimes a fine line betwen laughing at someone and laughing with them. It has to do with the intent of the person making you laugh, but some people have such a dry sense of humor-in fact I'm hoping some of my recent guffaws were in response to a dry sense of humor. Some human behavior is totally misbehavior and inspires laughter. what gets you going?
