Do you got to bed later than you should have?

Because working on the computer, I find that time really fles by and before I know it the hours have flown past. It's not that I feel tired either but I do drag myself to bed otherwise I will not have the strength to do the same again the next day lol. Have a nice day from Deeeky.

I'm exactly the same. I either find something interesting that I can't leave, or start some writing I want to finish and nine times out of ten, at least one friend from a different time zone pops up! It's midnight by the time some leave work, in America. lol. I don't have to get up early in the morning so it doesn't really matter and I enjoy my time on here with my friends, so I tend to take it as it comes. The weeks surely fly by fast though. Brightest Blessings.

The weeks certainly fly by and when I look back, the past couple of years seem like yesterdays.

That's for sure and in my case, I certainly hope they are, now. :-)

Yes. I wanted to sleep at 3 today. Now it is already 5.30. I MUST go to bed soon.

Yes I to find that the time flies by when I work on the Computer and most of the time I don't even notice the time. I do force myself to bed but I will read for a while before going to sleep as it helps me relax

yes you have said that you do read in bed and that can only be a good thing in helping you relax and train your thoughts elsewhere which inturn rests your mind somewhat.

Well I'm a night out by nature so it's really easy for me to stay up later then I should. Most nights I only get a few hours sleep and then if I'm lucky I catch a couple of hours during the day. I'm working on this because I know I need more sleep but it's easier said then done sometimes.

Hi Deeeky, I'm guilty of staying on the PC too long aswell, and have found myself in the early hours tapping away. I try not to spend time on the pc of a night time anymore as I spend all day at work on one and it can't be great for your eyesight! I was tapping away at 4.30 this morning though, although that was down to my insomnia and I had already gone to bed just to toss and turn, so I thought I would get some postings done on mylot as I had been slacking lately! Have a great day too!

back in the past when i was trying to use computers less i would not use the computer for whole days unless i had homework to do on it. during that time i would usually sleep at 11pm to 12 at night. but now that i go on the computer more again, i usually sleep way past midnight like around 1a.m. or 2a.m. computers really suck the time right out of my day. hours will have passed and i wont even know until i check the time. I find that i feel better when i sleep earlier but sleep less hours, rather than sleeping late but sleeping many hours. i really should force myself to sleep early and then can wake up early as well because its not like i lose any time by doing that. but it is hard to pull away from my computer to go to sleep.

That is a good comment you have made and I also tend to sleep more deeply with less hours.

Oh my, you sound like me. Time does fly when you are on the computer. Even when I have to be up early, I stay up too late on the computer.
