what happens when eating fastfoods become a routine?

today eating out definitely is part of our fast paced lifestyle. if you get an award, your mom congratulates you and brings you to a fastfood resto.if you feel happy or sad,still you will pave your way to fastfood area. when it's payday, you'll be lazy to cook and go to the fasfood center.how about you? how often do you go to fastfood resto?so what happens when eating fastfoods become a routine?

Depends on whatcha order. If you order unhealthy things, you become addicted causing the body to feel a dependency which could cause depression. Also you have to think of the LDL that is in your blood stream which could cause cardiac arrest, or just plain bad blood pressure. If you choose to eat things such as the salads, w/ little dressing, then you'll not obtain dependency, you'll have HDL in your bloodstream which breaks up LDL, and you'll get neccessary vitamins and such for the day. Depending on what you order eating fast food doesn't have to be a bad thing, just means your spending a lot on gas to go there :D, but if you order bad things you hurt you physically, can become costly, (even though it's cheap, there's cheaper things out there) and could hurt you financially. If you become eating routinly at fast food, just switch to healthier food items on the menu. Personally I eat unhealthy fast food way to often, maybe once a week (embarrassing to me) but since i've noticed my amount of purchases of fast food, i've decided to try to become healthier through exercise and better foods.

Not good. I love fast foods. They taste good and served fast. The price is ok. And it save my time. But years by years eating fast foods too much then i come to realization that it affect my health. So i tried to reduce the intake.. by the way there are many recipe that allow u to cook simple and not consume much of ur time... and delicious too. And also can save ur money...

fast food foods, are full of carbo, so if you are in a diet i recommend you to not be always ordering foods from fast food. If it becomes a routine, you will end up, unheathy, more fats and it is not good for your heart. You can visit fastfood and eat there but it is not adviceable that you will do that always.
