How can one fresh college student do well in the company

first, you've got to do some research about your job. knowing a little is not enough, in fact, knowing a little is knowing nothing. this would help you a lot and would give you much much additional ideas about your job, so you could do it efficiently and productively. then next, show enthusiasm, show, not just your boss, but everybody that you happy with your job. people love to work with people who are enthusiastic, it makes the working place a lot harmonious and friendly. and of course, always think about your advantages over your co-workers, after all, its a rat race. so you have to think about your strengths which you other co-workers dont have
