Ah, you beat me to this topic! It's ok though, lol, I'm happy to contribute to your discussion.
I think James will win but Let's examine this. Nicole we know will not be winning. When we compare her to the others, she falls to last place. She was project manager once and lost. The thing with Tim, indicates a lack of focus, etc......
Frank and Stephanie are equal in their talents and skills. So the two of them are tied for second place. Stephanie has mostly been in a supporting role as has Frank (whom lost the first challenge but is still stong) but b/c they do not have a record that stands out, I doubt they will win.
Therefore, the winner will most likely be James because he has been front and on display with his skills, talents, interpersonal abilites, etc.
So my pick to win is James.

Nicole is good but she is not great enough to win, specially in lst projec she did nothing
fortunately, other two ladies made mistake and they were fired and she survived
Frank is simply a fighter and up for any thing
Steph is good behind the she, she is not overall package as well, and yeah, she is hot
James is best among all 4....overall package and he should win

I joined the "Apprentice" game contest to be an intern. Every week you get to answer 10 questions about what you think will happen in the show including who would get fired that week.
My pick to win is Nichole but I'm rethinking that. I think James will win and I think I see some inkling towards from the Donald.
