hi to my friends who have asked our lols how i am well im fine thanks! im not very happy at the moment like due to all my problems im having =( i don't speak to my ex partner anymore now as our lols told you id seen him a few weeks ago it was only so he could see the baby! he's not getting deported now, he's just going to court next month, it was this month but it got ajourned. i bump into him now and again in town and he's fine with me ive been honest with him and told him i don't want to be with him anymore and so on and he's fone with that as longs as he can see his daughter but the thing what's u[psetting me is he is going to a solicitor to go to court and try and get full custody over the baby because she is in his name and it's upsetting me i just hope he doesn't win the fight! im moving out of this refuge soon when i find a flat but im just so busy to look half of the time! i miss my computer the most, lol! =( ill see you all soon anyway bye for now and take care x

Hi there Meg great to see you again. I do not believe that he will get Custody whether she is on his Name or not
He has a record of being Violent towards you and that. You also need to get legal Aid to help you
I can't understand that as an Illegal Immigrant how can he get a Solicitor to fight for the Custody of the Child? Am I missing something here specially with his record. Why is he not being deported?
Do you know I give up on our System here I really do

well i hope he doesn't get it gabs i don't understand why our system is letting him do that either! i don't think he will be deported as he has had no previous covictions before! i will let you know anyway what happens when he goes to court next month that's when i get told! thanks for your response! =)

Hi there, megan, I'm glad to read that you and daughter are ok. I was thinking a lot more of you last few days. I give up trying to understand the system - why he is not locked up in a detention camp since he is an illegal. Stay on the good side of the social workers, too, to help you gain custody of your

awwww here is it this so missed girl, im glad you are ok. dont worry about your kid, i dont think they give a child to such a man with this history. dont you have a place where you can have an attorney for free? we have it here for all. try to find out if there is such an organization. so you get help and he/she can take your worries away. i so wish i could help you sweet megan. i think on you and pray that all goes ok for you and you soon have a good life with your little girl. you need it urgently. please promise me to take care of you. hugs and love

Hi megan, it's great to hear from you again! I'm so glad that everything went well for you and your daughter. I was thinking about your situation just the other day and wondering how you were doing. Don't worry about him getting custody because I can be almost 100% certain that he won't get it. It's extremely difficult to take a child from the biological mother whether she has his name or not. The mother has to be proven very unfit and a danger to the child pretty much for that to happen. All the history and police reports on the violence he did toward you will be sure to seal the deal for you, so no worries ok sweetie?! Take care of yourself and hope we'll be hearing from you again real soon.

Glad you have made this post - I was only thinking about you yesterday and started searching to try to find some of your latest posts.
I know why I couldnt find any now - shame about your computer.
Glad you are doing ok and that you havent gone back to him. It does take so much strength to go it alone when you are used to being with someone and the easiest thing is to go back to them - good for you.
I dont think he should get custody and I will keep my fingers crossed for you and your daughter.
You take care of you and dont forget that you have many friends all routing for you here. x
