We are trying to pick a name for our new daughter. We have so far narrowed the choices down to three. Peyton Anne-Marie Audrey Anne-Marie Kendall Anne-Marie Which is your favorite and why? Do you think that Anne-Marie is too long and old fashioned for a middle name (it is after me and my mom). Thanks for your input.

I like all the first names you picked, but although I like Anne-Marie, i think it's a little long for a middle name, IMO. I would say my favorite is probably Audrey. I have always loved that name! Peyton would be my second favorite, and Kendall I'd rank third. They are all pretty though! Good choices.

I love the name Audrey.Audrey hepburn is one of my favourite actresses of all time.somehow that name signifies graceful beauty to me.I am not sure about the other names though.Anne-marie is a good name but yes,it is long for a middle mame. You could probably call her Audrey Anne.let me know what you think.

It would be a toss up between Peyton and Kendall but I think I like Kendall Anne-Marie the best . I love the name Kendall and this was one of the names that I had chose for my girls but my husband was not fussy on it . I don't consider Anne-Marie too long or too old fashioned either . I think it has a nice ring to it . I think the fact that you are naming after you and your mom is a really nice idea as I did this with my children also by picking a middle name for someone that was important to us . A way to always explain to your child how they came about their name and why this person was specail to us . I had wanted to name our son after my husband but he didn't like this as he was so scared the child would end up being called Juinor as that is what so many people do in our area when a son is named after the father :)

I think Anne MArie is a beautiful name, period. Of the three first names you have chosen, I like Kendall. I don't like Audrey because it reminds me of a hideous troll I used to work with. Peyton reminds me of Peyton Place. Kendall is memorable.

First of all, I don't think Anne-Marie is too long or old-fashioned. It's beautiful and meaningful, seeing as you're naming your daughter after yourself and your mother. I did something similar with my son's middle names (William Dennis) I know having two middle names might seem long winded, but I wanted to name him after my grandfather and my father, and my boyfriend wanted Dalton as his first name (which I readily agreed to). As far as her first name, I think Kendall would be my least favorite, only because I could envision a little girl being nicknamed Ken in her future... maybe. Anyway, it's a toss-up for me between Peyton and Audrey. I really like the name Peyton, but I think perhaps Audrey flows a little bit better with the middle name you've chosen. Congrats on your new baby girl! :o)
