The lacross players from Duke University have had all the charges against them dropped as of today. Do you belive that they were actually the real victims in this case and not the stripper? Do you think that the lead prosecutor should resign because of all the mistakes he made in this case?

Well I'm certainly glad that if there wasn't any evidence that the cahrges were dropped. I think something went on that night- Not like the girl stated but something did to make her scared. I am glad that the boys can move on with their lives. What a mess it was. I also believe that hopefully they won't put themselves in that type of situation again- Drinking- hiring a stripper with that many men. I hope she learns something from this also.

I believe that they have truly learned a lesson from this mess. It must have been a very humbling experience and they seemed truly grateful for their families's support and they ability to hire such high powered lawyers. Thanks.

I'm not sure how I feel about the whole Duke thing. I seriously feel that something did occur and someone is just forcing a huge cover up so they can get their reputations back and get back on the field. It just seems so strange to me.

Yes I do I think they were innocent. It is about time they got the charges dropped.

Yes I guess I do. It was wrong to accuse these guys.

I dont think they were intentionaly victimized by the girl who accused them, its now known she had psychological issues and was very drunk that night. i think in her mund it did happen. HOWEVER, they were victims of a hungry media and activists like Jessie Jackson and Al sharpton who just couldn't wait to dig their claws into another case of raceism. Jessie jackson was so convinced they were guilty that he was going to give her a scholorship to get her out of her stripping lifestyle. He is strangely quiet tonight though. It will be interesting to see what he has to say the next day or 2. Will he still maintain that they were guilty? Will raceism be cried as the reason the case was dismissed?
