are you afraid of the dark?

when I was child yes I'm afraid a lot but nowadays I know that it's how to fight own fears

im not really scared of the dark unless i was to be home alone the dark watching a scary movie, then i would have to be light on

I am not afraid of the dark but wouldn't go out walking at night without taking a torch with me. LOL It is not the dark but people or things that might be there and could harm me. At home I am perfectly okay with being in the dark at night. :)

May I ask how sleeping in the dark affects your breathing? If you really have a problem breathing then, you may have a sleep disorder that you should see a doctor about. I was afraid of the dark when I was little, but eventually I learned that I am claustrophobic, and I don't like enclosed places. The dark makes me feel very closed in. I've learned to cope with it now, and the darkness has become my friend.
