I just would like to express my disappointments to various government officials in my province who were suspended by the ombudsman due to various corruption charges. Just this mornin, I heard from the news that the same officials were again asked to liqiudate the millions of pesos that they advanced for the ASEAN summit last January 2007 and until now, only our City mayor was able to comply and the rest didn't seem to hear the call of the Department of Audit. Shame on all of you for lining up your pockets with people's money. Shame on you for abusing your authority. Shame on you for getting fat by feeding on the food that is supposed to go to the poor. Shame on you for being the opportunists and crooks that you all are. Shame on you for putting us as one of world's most corrupt country. Shame on you for all your empty promises bringing us all down the drain. Shame on you for failing the people you believed in you and who put their future in you hands. Heaven's justice will all fall upon in due time.

Yes, that's true. Justice may not serve people in this world but in the next to come. Hopefully, justice would strike its toll on them at this point. It's really disheartening to hear this. I'm also a Filipino, and I love my country; but some people could really be pushing the buttons for causing civilian outrage. It's so sad because Filipinos could be so trusting, only to be deceived. Our politics have always been dirty as far as I could remember. I don't know when this is going to end somehow, but I do hope that those who are destroying the nation's good name would just have their time. As in now! Happy myLotting!

It would only change if the people would also be more educated in their choices and not choose someone based on popularity, family name and money. Though, I am very hopeful that I would live to see the day that things would be better since I could also see some changes now. It would be a slow and painful change.

Yes it happens all over the world but some countries are just worse than others and our country certainly fall under that category.
