for you??? who is your favorite character in lord of the rings and why??

I love Aragorn, he is strong and loyal and shows real bravery especially at the Black Gate when he alone goes forward to the gate (the others follow). He would be a great King, the only better thing would be Aragorn getting the Ring and not becoming corrupt to it, it would show his great power, a power that you don't see much in LOTR with men.

I like Gandalf the best. He is so gentle and wise. I also like all the magic stuff he does.

My favorite will always be Aragorn, he's very strong yet gentle to the feelings of those around him. He is the rightful one to be King because his mind is always relaxed even during battle making him stronger. Next is Sam, he's the hope and strength of Frodo if not for him Forod would've given up.

i totally agree with ronaldbrooks that everyone played their their part in movie and making it highly succesful that i and many more can still watch this movie again and again (remember this is not normal 2-3 hrs movie lol,may be arnd 11 hrs).Anyway for me the most favourite of characters are legolas and gandav .they were really awwesome .Whether it was gandav initially with his great fire works or traveling on bird etc or legolas having bull's eye and keeps on counting his frags.I still remember his act when he just climbed on the big elephant and put that whole down single handedly in third part return of the king. I hope u remember that one

I have not seen any of the Lord of the Rings movies but my fiancee has his favorite character was Orlando Bloom's character. The reason he is his favorite is because of his whitty come backs and he thinks he is the best warrior out of all of them.

me too. my fave is legolas. his fight scenes are great. look at the hair too, suits orlando

Ei Kakashi, can i juz tell u whose the character i hated most? Coz of all them is really Great in their own place. But i would say i really do hate FRODO. I dunno..i juz hated his character..from the beggining to the end. HArhar!

I liked all of them they all played a good part in the movie. This may go agianst the subject but its too hard to choose. Did anyone see the part when Legolas and Gimlie were fighting against the orcs for scores on who killed more orcs in The lord of the rings the two towers movie? I thought it was pretty cool because in my opinion, the way they slayed those orcs, is always awsome especially when these two compete against eachother.
