I want to change My Pastword for Paypal?

How do I do that, someone try to screw my account up with Paypal. I just try to go to it and I couldn't get to it. I complained to paypal, about someone trying to order something off My count. $390.00 worth of stuff, I didn't even have that in My account in the first place. so now I am going to have problems getting pay. shall I try make-up another account, as new user or contact Paypal. or Mylot I am difinealy confused here. tell me what to do I never had this problem. I think I should start all over? and get another account with paypal? I need a senior's input, someone that has been here for a while. Have a great day! {Hugs}
