For How Long Do You Brush Your Teeth??

I brush my teeth for 4 minutes in the morning and roughly the same in the evening. How about you?

I ma brushing them for more then 10 minutes and believe it or not I am doing it right now. I use Colgate white gel for whitening teeth. What about you? I see in picture that you have really nice,white and pretty teeth. Do you do anything special with them? I must say that it is really hard to make them really white as yours are. Mine are healthy but not completely white. At scale from 1-10 they would be 7. How would you rate your teeth?

I also think that I cannot make them white just brushing them few times a day. I try to do that for 3 weeks and I brushed them 3+ times a day on my holiday and it was a little change. I think that the best way to have some thretmant at dentist or something like that. I have also seen something on TV shop that looks to me like a paint ( color ) for a teeth. I would never use it cause I think that those kind of staff are not healthy.

I brush my teeth for 5 minutes or sometimes more at night but its less than that in the morning. I have sensitive teeth and colgate or any other toothpaste makes it worst. I find sensodyne very good though. I was told by my dentist not to use any teeth whitening as they can wear down the protective layer of the teeth and therefore make it even more sensitive.
