I am starting new discussions, but my number doesn't move...why?

I have started 3 or 4 discussions in the last 30 minutes or so, and my number has not moved one digit. What am i doing wrong? Are there a limit to the number of questions that you ask before your number starts to remain the same? At this rate, I feel like I will never get to the 100 mark...help!

That's not true... Starting discussions does give you more points, but you don't get any points for discussions that you have started unless someone answers them. When you answer discussions your points show up immediately.

Well, that makes sense, because I was checking my number right after I posted the question, and no one could have had the time to answer it yet! Thank you for responding!

Hi Lady. Starting discussions does not move your count number. Only responding does. Hope this helps.
